Arthur Lyons Film Noir Festival All Access Passes are scheduled to go on sale on April 15, 2013.

All Access Passes are $125 each, and include the Opening Night Reception.

Individual Ticket Sales will begin on April 22, 201.
Tickets are $13 each ($11 each for 10am Matinees)
